  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup nutritional yeast vegan parmesan
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and parsley before serving.
