Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and parsley before serving.
