  • 1 lb Asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • ¼ cup Vegan Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place the asparagus on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until tender.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with vegan Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve immediately.
