A simple, delicious vegan pasta recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta any type
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- ¼ cup Basil fresh, chopped
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until they start to soften.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss to combine.
5. Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil. Serve immediately.
