Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 300 g Pasta
  • 1 Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Zucchini, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. 3. Add the bell pepper and zucchini to the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
  4. 4. Add the cherry tomatoes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Toss the cooked pasta with the vegetables in the pan. Mix well to combine.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving. Enjoy!
