Ingredients 

Pasty Dough

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Vegan butter cold
  • ¼ cup Cold water

Filling

  • 1 cup Potatoes diced
  • 1 cup Carrots diced
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and cold vegan butter. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Add cold water gradually and mix until dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, combine diced potatoes, carrots, peas, and chopped onion. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into circles. Place filling in the center of each circle.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges. Place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
