Special Sauce

Instructions
Mix black beans, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, and soy sauce in a bowl.
Form mixture into 4 patties.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Place a slice of vegan cheese on each patty and cover until melted.
Spread vegan butter on one side of each bread slice.
Assemble sandwiches with patties and special sauce.
Grill sandwiches in a pan until bread is golden brown.
