  • 4 cups Peaches sliced
  • 2 cups Blueberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • ½ cup Vegan butter melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, blueberries, and ½ cup of sugar. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and the remaining ½ cup of sugar.
  4. Add almond milk and melted vegan butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Spoon the fruit mixture evenly over the batter.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
