Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, blueberries, and ½ cup of sugar. Set aside.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and the remaining ½ cup of sugar.
Add almond milk and melted vegan butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Spoon the fruit mixture evenly over the batter.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
