- 4 slices Baguette cut into ½ inch slices
- 2 pieces Peaches ripe, diced
- ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
1. Grill the baguette slices on a grill pan until they are toasted and have grill marks.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced peaches, chopped basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
3. Spoon the peach mixture onto the grilled baguette slices.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
