Peach Crisp Recipe

Filling
- 6 cups Peaches, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
Topping
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup Vegan butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, lemon juice, vanilla extract, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well and transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, melted vegan butter, and cinnamon until crumbly. Spread evenly over the peach mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
