Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu pressed and cubed
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup carrot julienned
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha optional
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Press and cube the tofu.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  3. 3. Add the tofu and cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same wok, add garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.
  5. 5. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, and sriracha.
  7. 7. Add the tofu back to the wok and pour the sauce over. Stir well.
  8. 8. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
