Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 unit Flatbread
  • 1 cup Pear, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Vegan Gorgonzola
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush flatbread with olive oil.
  4. Arrange pear slices on top of the flatbread.
  5. Sprinkle vegan Gorgonzola over the pears.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  8. Sprinkle chopped walnuts and fresh thyme on top.
  9. Slice and serve warm.
