Instructions
Blanch the pearl onions in boiling water for 2 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath. Peel the onions.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté for 10 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves before serving.
