Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then set aside.
In another bowl, mix chopped pecans, maple syrup, coconut milk, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and salt for the filling.
Pour the filling over the baked crust and spread evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the filling is set.
Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
