Pie Crust
- 1 piece Vegan pie crust store-bought or homemade
Filling
- 1 cup Maple syrup
- ½ cup Coconut sugar
- ¼ cup Coconut oil melted
- 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 2 cups Pecans halved
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cornstarch. Mix well.
Stir in the pecans until they are evenly coated.
Pour the mixture into the vegan pie crust.
Bake for 60 minutes, or until the filling is set.
Allow the pie to cool completely before serving.
