Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 packet yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup vegan pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup vegan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  5. Layer vegan pepperoni and cheese on the dough.
  6. Sprinkle Italian seasoning.
  7. Roll the dough into a log and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool before slicing.
