Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
Layer vegan pepperoni and cheese on the dough.
Sprinkle Italian seasoning.
Roll the dough into a log and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool before slicing.
