Pesto Grilled Cheese Sandwich
A delicious vegan grilled cheese sandwich with homemade pesto.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread Use your favorite vegan bread
- ½ cup Vegan Cheese Shredded
- ¼ cup Vegan Pesto Homemade or store-bought
- 2 tablespoons Vegan Butter For grilling
1. Spread vegan butter on one side of each bread slice.
2. On the unbuttered side, spread vegan pesto.
3. Sprinkle vegan cheese on top of the pesto.
4. Close the sandwiches with the buttered side facing out.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
