Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 400 g Pasta
  • 200 g Vegan Chicken
  • 2 cups Basil Leaves
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • ¼ cup Pine Nuts
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a blender, combine basil leaves, olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic, pine nuts, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to make the pesto.
  3. 3. In a pan, cook the vegan chicken until heated through.
  4. 4. Mix the cooked pasta with the pesto and vegan chicken. Serve warm.
