Ingredients 

Pesto

  • 2 cups Fresh Basil
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 pinch Salt

Pizza

  • 1 Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Arugula

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a blender, combine basil, olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth to make the pesto.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the pesto evenly over the dough.
  5. Top with cherry tomatoes.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and top with fresh arugula. Serve immediately.
