Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Extra firm tofu pressed and sliced thinly
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Onions sliced
  • 4 slices Vegan cheese
  • 4 rolls Hoagie rolls toasted
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add sliced tofu, bell peppers, and onions. Cook until veggies are tender.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Place a slice of vegan cheese on each hoagie roll.
  5. 5. Fill the rolls with the tofu and veggie mixture.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
