  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cup Water room temperature
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. 2. Add water, olive oil, and vinegar. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. 4. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a ball.
  5. 5. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.
  6. 6. Roll each ball out into a thin sheet using a rolling pin.
  7. 7. Use as needed in your recipes.
