Ingredients

  • 10 oz Radishes sliced thin
  • 1 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice radishes thinly and place them in a jar.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Pour the hot liquid over the radishes in the jar.
  4. 4. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
