  • 1 head red cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Shred the red cabbage and place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Pour the hot mixture over the shredded cabbage. Mix well.
  4. 4. Let it cool to room temperature, then transfer to a jar and refrigerate. Ready to eat in a few hours, best after 24 hours.
