Ingredients

  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup Radishes, sliced
  • 1 cup Cauliflower florets

Pickling Brine

  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine vinegar, water, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Place sliced vegetables in a jar.
  3. 3. Pour the hot brine over the vegetables. Let cool, then refrigerate.
