Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Radishes, thinly sliced

Pickling Brine

  • 1 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the sliced vegetables.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, mix the white vinegar, water, sugar, and salt until the sugar and salt are dissolved.
  3. 3. Pour the pickling brine over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Let the salad sit for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
