  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Vegan butter cold and cubed
  • ¼ cup Ice water more if needed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
  2. 2. Add cold, cubed vegan butter. Use a pastry cutter or fork to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. 3. Gradually add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing until the dough begins to come together.
  4. 4. Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.
