Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Pineapple, diced
- 1 Jalapeño, finely chopped seeded for less heat
- ¼ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Salt or to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, chopped jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.
2. Add the lime juice and salt. Mix well to combine.
3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
