Pineapple Salsa Bruschetta

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Pineapple, diced
- 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
- 1 loaf Baguette, sliced
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
Top each toasted baguette slice with a generous spoonful of pineapple salsa.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
