Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 loaf Baguette, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple, tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Top each toasted baguette slice with a generous spoonful of pineapple salsa.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
