  • 4 Pita Breads
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Chopped Cucumbers
  • 1 cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Chopped Red Onions
  • ¼ cup Chopped Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Warm the pita breads in a pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
  2. 2. Spread a generous amount of hummus inside each pita pocket.
  3. 3. Fill the pita pockets with chopped cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and parsley.
  4. 4. Drizzle olive oil over the filled pita pockets.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
