Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup Black beans, mashed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Vegan mozzarella cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, mashed black beans, breadcrumbs, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the patties in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then flip them and bake for another 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the patties from the oven and top each one with marinara sauce and vegan mozzarella cheese.
  6. Return the patties to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a burger bun. Serve immediately.
