  • 3 ½ cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 ½ cups Warm water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
  2. 2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal parts.
  6. 6. Roll out each part into a pizza shape and place on a baking sheet. Add your favorite vegan toppings.
  7. 7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the toppings are cooked.
