4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
6. Punch down the dough and divide it into 2-4 equal parts. Roll each part into a circle for pizza or a rectangle for calzones.
7. Add your desired toppings or fillings, then bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
