Instructions
1. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the black beans and corn to the pan, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
4. Stir in the cooked quinoa, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
