Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa rinsed
  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Corn frozen or fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the black beans and corn to the pan, and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the cooked quinoa, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve warm and enjoy!
