Oil for frying
Instructions
Peel and mash the plantains in a bowl.
Add flour, water, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil and flatten slightly.
Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
