Main Ingredients
- 2 ripe plantains
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ cup vegetable oil for frying
Peel and mash the plantains in a bowl.
Add flour, water, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the mashed plantains. Mix well.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan, flattening them slightly with the back of the spoon.
Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
