Plum Peach Galette Recipe

Galette Dough
- 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Vegan butter cold and cubed
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- ¼ cup Ice water
Filling
- 2 Plums sliced
- 2 Peaches sliced
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Add cold vegan butter and mix until crumbly. Gradually add ice water until dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a 12-inch circle. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
In another bowl, mix sliced plums, peaches, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Arrange the fruit mixture in the center of the dough, leaving a 2-inch border.
Fold the edges of the dough over the fruit, pleating as you go. Bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden and the fruit is bubbly.
Let the galette cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
