Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 0.5 cup diced cucumber
  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots
  • 0.5 avocado sliced
  • 0.25 cup edamame beans
  • 0.25 cup seaweed salad
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion chopped

Instructions 

  1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce and sesame oil.
  3. In a serving bowl, place the cooked rice at the bottom.
  4. Arrange cucumber, carrots, avocado, edamame, and seaweed salad on top of the rice.
  5. Drizzle the soy sauce mixture over the top.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
