Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Polenta
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 1 package Vegan Chicken Substitute

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring the vegetable broth to a boil. Gradually whisk in the polenta.
  2. 2. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, until the polenta thickens, about 15 minutes.
  3. 3. In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. 4. Stir in the nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper into the polenta.
  5. 5. Cook the vegan chicken substitute according to package instructions.
  6. 6. Combine the cooked polenta and vegan chicken substitute. Serve hot.
