Instructions 

  1. Cut the pomegranates in half.
  2. Hold each half over a bowl and tap the back with a wooden spoon to release the seeds.
  3. Place the seeds in a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.
  5. Add water if desired and stir.
