Main Ingredients
- 2 large pomegranates
- 1 cup water optional
- Cut the pomegranates in half. 
- Hold each half over a bowl and tap the back with a wooden spoon to release the seeds. 
- Place the seeds in a blender and blend until smooth. 
- Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl. 
- Add water if desired and stir.
