Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
  3. Gradually add the non-dairy milk and vegetable oil, whisking until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
