Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
Gradually add the non-dairy milk and vegetable oil, whisking until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway.
Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for another 15 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
