Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups jackfruit, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 0.5 cup salsa
  • 0.25 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add shredded jackfruit, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
  5. Assemble tacos with jackfruit mixture, lettuce, avocado, salsa, and cilantro.
