Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, garlic, and carrots. Cook until tender.
  3. Stir in peas and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, and black pepper. Stir well.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Garnish with green onions before serving.
