Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Vital Wheat Gluten
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the vital wheat gluten, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add the vegetable broth and soy sauce to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for a few minutes, then shape it into a rectangle about 1 inch thick.
  5. Place the dough on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, brush with BBQ sauce, and bake for another 15 minutes.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
