Instructions
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the portobello mushroom caps.
4. Place the mushrooms on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes on each side, until tender.
