  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms stems removed
  • 2 cups Fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Stuff the portobello mushrooms with the spinach mixture.
  4. 4. Grill the stuffed mushrooms for about 10 minutes on each side, or until tender.
