  • 4 Portobello mushroom caps
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
  3. 3. Brush the mushroom caps with the marinade, making sure to coat them well.
  4. 4. Place the mushrooms on the grill, gill side down, and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Flip the mushrooms and cook for another 5-7 minutes, or until tender.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
