Main Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- ½ cup warm water
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes, flour, salt, and olive oil.
Add yeast mixture to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Divide dough into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
