  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • ½ cup warm water
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions 

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes, flour, salt, and olive oil.
  3. Add yeast mixture to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  5. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Divide dough into rolls and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
