Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block Extra firm tofu pressed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess water.
  2. 2. Crumble the tofu into small pieces.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add the crumbled tofu to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir well to combine.
  6. 6. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until tofu is browned and crispy.
