Instructions
1. Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess water.
2. Crumble the tofu into small pieces.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Add the crumbled tofu to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir well to combine.
6. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until tofu is browned and crispy.
