  • 2 cups Arugula
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Vegan Mozzarella shredded
  • 2 pieces Flatbread
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. 2. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  3. 3. Brush each flatbread with olive oil.
  4. 4. Top with shredded vegan mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, and arugula.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. 6. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
