- ½ cup Cold water
1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
2. Cut vegan butter into small cubes and add to the flour mixture.
3. Gradually add cold water and mix until dough forms.
4. Roll out dough on a floured surface, fold into thirds, and repeat 3 times.
5. Chill dough for 30 minutes before using.
