Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add drained jackfruit and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir well.
4. Pour in BBQ sauce and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Shred the jackfruit with a fork to give it a pulled pork texture.
6. Serve on burger buns with coleslaw if desired.
