Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans Young Green Jackfruit drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 4 buns Burger Buns
  • 1 cup Coleslaw optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add drained jackfruit and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir well.
  4. 4. Pour in BBQ sauce and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Shred the jackfruit with a fork to give it a pulled pork texture.
  6. 6. Serve on burger buns with coleslaw if desired.
